Suffering from painful arches, knee pain, back pain, it could be due to your foot posture. Shin splints, plantar fascitis and muscle strains may be due to poor foot posture. A biomechanical assessment may look at your foot posture, muscle length and flexibility, joint flexibility and the way you walk.
If orthotics are required we can order them for you and adjust and fit them. Note orthotics are not included in the price of the assessment and are from £89, including the fit appointment.
